Current status

Live PartyBoard payments are not enabled yet. This page documents the intended launch model for review before live charges.

Expected plan

PartyBoard is expected to launch with one standard subscription plan for Discord server access, with a 14-day payment-method-required trial before paid renewal.

Cancellation

The draft default is that cancellation stops future renewal. Access may continue until the end of the paid period or trial period unless the account is disabled for abuse, security, or operational reasons.

Refunds

The draft default is no automatic prorated refund promise before professional review. Refund requests, if accepted, may be reviewed case by case. Payment processor fees may not always be returned by the processor.

Failed payments and expired access

If payment fails, is disputed, or subscription access expires, PartyBoard may restrict mutating actions such as creating or changing events while preserving limited read-only visibility where appropriate.

Review note

This policy should be reviewed before live customer payments.
