How early access works

Request access. Get reviewed. Set up Discord.

  1. Request access. Tell PartyBoard what game or community you run, how often you expect to host recurring or special events, whether you need RSVP-style signups, and whether any signups need role categories.
  2. Manual review. Requests are reviewed manually and may be approved, waitlisted, declined, or held for follow-up.
  3. Invite-only account creation. Approved communities receive a private sign-up link as capacity opens in the next invite batch.
  4. Discord setup. Account onboarding will guide approved users through server setup and bot invitation when onboarding opens.

Scheduling need

600 characters max. Keep it high-level and scheduling-focused.
