What PartyBoard is

PartyBoard is a subscription-based Discord bot SaaS for gaming communities. It helps Discord server owners and guild officers schedule events, collect RSVPs/signups, manage rosters, and send reminders.

Information PartyBoard expects to collect

  • Account information, such as the email address used for approved invite-only access.
  • Discord setup identifiers needed to operate the bot, such as Discord server, event channel, and manager role IDs.
  • Event and signup information created through PartyBoard, such as event details, RSVP/signup status, role labels, and reminder timing.
  • Support information submitted through the PartyBoard account support page or sent to support@partyboard.gg.
  • Payment-adjacent status information, such as whether a Discord server has active trial or paid access. Card details are handled by Stripe and should not be entered into PartyBoard support forms.

Information PartyBoard should not receive

Do not enter Discord passwords, bot tokens, payment card numbers, bank details, full member exports, private message exports, server credentials, or other secrets into PartyBoard pages or support tickets.

How information is used

PartyBoard uses information to provide account onboarding, Discord bot setup, event scheduling, signups/rosters, reminders, support, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and entitlement/access-status handling.

Third-party processors

Stripe is expected to process payments when paid access opens. Discord is used to provide the bot service inside Discord servers. PartyBoard does not need users to provide Discord passwords or payment card details directly to PartyBoard.

Review note

This notice should be reviewed before live customer payments or broader public launch.
